本试验工程系一饭店建筑,面积6447平方米,主楼总高33米,为九层框架结构,并有地下室一层。整个工程面临施工场地狭小、工期紧张的困难。为了提前竣工,我们在结构阶段进行了多种施工方案比较,最后选定了“先安后浇法”施工工艺。事实证明用先安后浇法施工不仅克服了施工场地小的困难,而且比计划工期提前了42天,整幢大楼结构施工有效工期为176天,平均每层不到20天,取得了良好的经济效益。施工质量也得
