目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)在高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者血浆中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法 58例2型原发性高血压患者,根据颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)分为动脉粥样硬化(AS)组和非AS组,同期选择我院健康体检25例作为正常对照组(NC组),采用ELISA测定血浆HGF和HCY水平,并分析血浆HGF和HCY水平与IMT关系。结果 AS组和非AS组血浆HGF水平和HCY水平均明显高于正常对照组(均P<0.01);AS组血浆HGF水平和HCY水平均明显高于非AS组(均P<0.01)。原发性高血压患者血浆HGF与IMT、FBG、HCY呈正相关(r=0.431、0.264、0.375,P<0.01或<0.05)。原发性高血压患者血浆HCY与IMT、HGF呈正相关(r=0.347、0.309,P<0.01和P<0.05)。HGF和HCY是影响原发性高血压患者颈动脉IMT的独立相关因素。结论高水平血浆HGF和HCY水平在高血压血管内皮损伤和修复以及颈动脉粥样硬化有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and homocysteine (HCY) in plasma of patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty-eight patients with type 2 essential hypertension were divided into atherosclerosis (AS) group and non-AS group according to carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT). 25 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group NC group). The levels of plasma HGF and HCY were measured by ELISA, and the relationship between plasma HGF and HCY levels and IMT was analyzed. Results The levels of plasma HGF and HCY in AS group and non-AS group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (all P <0.01). The plasma levels of HGF and HCY in AS group were significantly higher than those in non-AS group (all P <0.01). Plasma HGF was positively correlated with IMT, FBG and HCY in patients with essential hypertension (r = 0.431,0.264,0.375, P <0.01 or <0.05). Plasma HCY was positively correlated with IMT and HGF in patients with essential hypertension (r = 0.347,0.309, P <0.01 and P <0.05). HGF and HCY are independent factors that influence carotid IMT in patients with essential hypertension. Conclusions High levels of plasma HGF and HCY levels are associated with vascular endothelial injury and repair of hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis.
