27只青紫蓝兔分为后房型人工晶体囊袋内植入术组;术后雷公藤多甙治疗组;术后激素治疗组。通过光镜和透射电镜动态观察术后眼内纤维膜形成的病理学变化,发现雷公藤多甙和激素治疗均能显著降低人工晶体植入术后眼内纤维膜形成,雷公藤多甙治疗优于激素治疗,可能与雷公藤多甙的抗炎作用和免疫抑制作用有关。
