选用不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG),与环肽按照不同的摩尔比共聚,合成了一系列新氨基酸衍生的聚醚酯。用FTIR与NMR分析系列聚合物的化学结构,用DSC表征共聚物的热性能。包含同种PEG的共聚物,其Tg随着PEG含量的增加而逐渐降低;比较含相同摩尔分数PEG的共聚物可知,分子量较高的PEG对共聚物的热性质影响更为明显。同时与聚碳酸酯(PC)相比,共聚物的溶解度也有所改变。通过比较不同组分共聚物的性能变化,建立了结构与性质的定性关系。
A series of new amino acid-derived polyetheresters were synthesized by copolymerizing polyethylene glycol (PEG) of different molecular weight with cyclic peptides at different molar ratios. The chemical structure of the series of polymers was analyzed by FTIR and NMR and the thermal properties of the copolymers were characterized by DSC. Copolymers containing the same kind of PEG showed a decrease in Tg as the content of PEG increased. Compared with copolymers containing the same molar fraction of PEG, PEG with higher molecular weight had a more pronounced effect on the thermal properties of the copolymer. At the same time compared with polycarbonate (PC), the copolymer solubility also changed. By comparing the properties of copolymers with different components, the qualitative relationship between structure and properties was established.
