经济社会发展速度的不断加快,对天然气长输管道实践应用中的服务功能提出了更高的要求,需要确保其性能可靠性。结合当前天然气输送过程中长输管道的实际应用状况,可知其使用过程中存在着较为严重的能耗问题,需要采取有效的措施开展科学的设计工作,保持天然气输送过程中长输管道良好的节能水平,为长输管道工作性能优化及使用寿命延长提供保障。在具体的设计过程中,应加强天然气长输管道能耗分析,确定最佳的节能设计方案,降低管道能耗。基于此,本文就天然气长输管道节能设计展开论述。
The accelerating economic and social development has put forward higher requirements on the service functions in the practice of natural gas long-distance pipelines and the need to ensure its performance reliability. Combining with the actual application status of long distance pipelines in natural gas transportation, we can see that there is a serious energy consumption problem during its use. Effective measures need to be taken to carry out scientific design work and maintain good energy conservation of long distance pipelines in natural gas transportation Level, for the long-distance pipeline performance optimization and service life protection. In the specific design process, the energy consumption analysis of natural gas long-distance pipeline should be strengthened to determine the best energy-saving design scheme and reduce the pipeline energy consumption. Based on this, this paper discusses the energy-saving design of natural gas long-distance pipelines.
