为了改变系泊链磁粉检测完全由工人手工完成的现状,提高检测覆盖精度,研制了一种填补国内空白的系泊链全环磁粉自动检测装置。该装置主要由4部分组成:垂直扫描机构,圆周回转机构,探头直线运动机构和探头自适应机构,共有6个自由度。同时运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对装置中横向大跨度垂直扫描机构进行了静态强度与刚度及动态特性校核。计算结果表明:垂直扫描机构静态强度与刚度可靠;驱动脉动频率远离主要激振频率,结构具有良好的动态特性。
In order to change the status of mooring chain magnetic particle testing completely by hand, and to improve the accuracy of detection coverage, an automatic detecting device of mooring chain full ring magnetic powder to fill the gap in our country was developed. The device is mainly composed of 4 parts: vertical scanning mechanism, circular rotary mechanism, probe linear motion mechanism and probe adaptive mechanism, a total of 6 degrees of freedom. At the same time, ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to verify the static strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the transverse long-span vertical scanning mechanism. The calculation results show that the static strength and stiffness of the vertical scanning mechanism are reliable. The driving pulsation frequency is far away from the main excitation frequency and the structure has good dynamic characteristics.
