千百年来,人类一直没有停止对自身生命的探索。从神农遍尝“百草”到历代帝王炼制“长生不老药”,人类在生命表象的旋涡里一直停留了数千年。直到19世纪细胞学说的创立,才把生命的研究层次推进到了细胞领域。如何从更深层次破解生命奥秘、把握生命本质、控制生老病死是人类始终不变的梦想。随着2000年人类基因组测序的初步完成,以及水稻、牛、羊等其它生物基因组计划的全面实施,人类对生命的认识又跨越到分子阶段。生命科学的发展,使我们急需借助新的技术在分子阶段研究各种生命现象。IT技术恰逢其时。生命科学包括基因、制药、临床医疗等方面的研究将因IT技术而显得更加深邃、美丽。
For thousands of years, mankind has never stopped his exploration of his own life. From Shen Nong’s taste of “Baicao” to the refining of ancient emperors, “elixirs of elixir of life,” human beings have stayed in the vortex of life for thousands of years. It was not until the founding of the theory of cells in the 19th century that pushed the research level of life into the field of cells.
