研究了总压下率对热轧Q235B/304L不锈钢复合板组织性能的影响。结果表明:热轧不锈钢复合板界面平整,碳钢侧组织为铁素体和珠光体,且随压下率的增加,珠光体体积分数增加;碳钢侧存在一定宽度的脱碳层;C元素的扩散层即复合层为白色带状区域,且宽度随压下率增大而减小;沿扩散层分布有Si、Mn的氧化物,氧化物的分布密度随压下率增大而减小。不锈钢复合板的剪切强度均远大于国家规定的210 MPa,且随压下率增加,剪切强度增加。
The effect of total reduction rate on the microstructure and properties of Q235B / 304L stainless steel clad plate was investigated. The results show that the interface of hot-rolled stainless steel clad plate is smooth and the side structure of carbon steel is ferrite and pearlite, and the volume fraction of pearlite increases with decreasing reduction rate; there is a decarburized layer with a certain width on the side of carbon steel; Of the diffusion layer that the composite layer is a white ribbon area, and the width decreases with decreasing reduction rate; distributed along the diffusion layer of oxides of Si, Mn, oxide distribution density decreases as the reduction rate increases . The shear strength of stainless steel clad plates are much larger than 210 MPa as stipulated by the state, and the shear strength increases with the increase of the reduction rate.
