采用不同比例的短切纤维掺入硅溶胶中配制熔模铸造浆料,按一定工艺涂挂型壳试样,研究了纤维含量对硅溶胶浆料运动粘度、挂浆质量及涂挂厚度的影响。结果表明,随着纤维量的增加,浆料运动粘度随之升高,双峰级配降低了浆料运动粘度;在一定范围内,随纤维量的增加,型壳试样挂浆质量呈指数形式增加,涂挂型壳试样各方向的厚度随之均增加,拐角线方向的涂挂厚度变化最大。纤维含量为0.75%时,涂挂厚度增加了0.13mm。
Different proportions of chopped fibers were added to the silica sol to prepare investment casting slurry. The shell samples were coated according to a certain process. The effects of fiber content on the kinematic viscosity, the quality of the slurry and the thickness of the coating were studied . The results showed that the kinematic viscosity of the slurry increased with the increase of the fiber content, and the bimodal gradation decreased the kinematic viscosity of the slurry. Within a certain range, with the increase of the fiber content, Increasing the form, coating the thickness of the shell specimen increases in all directions, the maximum thickness of the coating changes in the direction of the corner line.
