武钢高炉生产自大量使用小粒度烧结矿以来,在炉顶布料规律方面出现了某些异常现象,引起了较广泛的讨论。我们为探讨这个问题,首先用炉顶水平探尺对生产高炉作了料面测量工作,但它只能得到炉顶下降速度、料面形状,而不可能见到炉料超越、分布等情况。因此,有必要在此基础上作布料模拟试验,来寻求武钢高炉原料的布料规律及影响因素。限于条件,试验是在无气流情况下进行的,虽有它的局限性,但还是可以从中得到一些启发和认识。
Since the large-scale use of small-grained sinter in WISCO blast furnace production, some anomalies have occurred in the law of the roof fabric, causing a broader discussion. In order to discuss this problem, we first used the level rover to make the surface measurement of the blast furnace. However, it can only get the top speed of descent and the shape of the material surface, but it is impossible to see the surpassing and distribution of the charge. Therefore, it is necessary to do cloth simulation test on this basis to seek the law of the material and the influencing factors of BF in WISCO. Limited to conditions, the test is carried out in the absence of airflow, although its limitations, but still can get some inspiration and understanding.
