电力青年,“你用电、我用心”的年轻一代。一方面,他们正活跃在电力各条战线上,成为中坚力量并被寄予厚望;另一方面,他们大多身处一线,面临职业规划、文化传承等成长中的烦恼。近期,公司在前期开展的青年员工思想现状问卷调查的基础上,与多名青年员工进行了探讨,以此更深入走进丰富多彩的青年生活。相对于整体电力行业青年员工来说,本次调查接触的员工仍是少数。但是通过他们,从一个侧面了解展现电力青年员工的所思所想,以期给予他们更多关注。
Power youth, the young generation of “you use electricity, my intentions”. On the one hand, they are active on all fronts of power and have become the backbone and have high hopes. On the other hand, most of them are in the front line and face the growing troubles of career planning and cultural heritage. Recently, on the basis of a questionnaire survey of the young employees’ ideological status carried out in the previous period, the company has discussed with a number of young employees to further deepen into the colorful youth life. Compared with young employees in the overall power industry, the number of employees contacted in this survey is still small. However, through them, from one side to understand the power of young employees to think, in order to give them more attention.
