目的:检测颅内动脉瘤信号转导相关基因的差异表达,探讨其与颅内动脉瘤发生的关系。方法:选取颅内动脉瘤标本3例,以3例正常颞浅动脉标本作对照,抽提总RNA,经线性扩增,再与人类全基因组芯片Ⅱ杂交,进行信号转导相关基因差异表达谱分析。结果:发现颅内动脉瘤差异表达的信号转导基因22条,且均为上调表达。结论:信号转导相关基因的差异表达可能与颅内动脉瘤的发生有关。
Objective: To detect the differential expression of signal transduction related genes in intracranial aneurysms and to explore its relationship with the occurrence of intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Three cases of intracranial aneurysms were selected and three normal superficial temporal arteries were taken as control. Total RNA was extracted and linearly amplified, and then hybridized with human genome-wide cDNA to make differential expression profiles of signal transduction related genes analysis. Results: 22 differentially expressed signal transduction genes were found in intracranial aneurysms, and all of them were up-regulated. Conclusion: The differential expression of signal transduction related genes may be related to the occurrence of intracranial aneurysms.
