目的了解沈阳军区介入放射工作人员受照剂量情况,为保障从业人员的健康和安全提供依据。方法采用双热释光剂量计(TLD)方法,测定介入放射工作人员的受照剂量。结果 6所医院的176名介入放射工作人员,全体人均年剂量为2.38 mSv。其中173人低于国家剂量限值(20 mSv/a),占98.3%;3人高于国家剂量限值,占1.70%。结论介入放射工作人员受照剂量高于常规放射诊断工作人员所接受剂量,需要加强介入放射工作人员的放射防护管理,确保从业工作人员的职业健康安全。
Objective To understand the exposure dose of interventional radiation workers in Shenyang Military Region and provide basis for ensuring the health and safety of employees. Methods Double thermoluminescence dosimetry (TLD) method was used to measure the dose of radiation interventional workers. Results A total of 176 interventional radiographers in 6 hospitals were employed, with a per capita annual average of 2.38 mSv. Among them, 173 were lower than the national dose limit (20 mSv / a), accounting for 98.3%; 3 were higher than the national dose limit, accounting for 1.70%. Conclusion The exposure dose of interventional radiographers is higher than that accepted by routine diagnostic radiologists. The radiation protection management of interventional radiological staff needs to be strengthened to ensure occupational health and safety of working staff.
