“木桶理论”告诉我门,一只木桶的容水量,不取决于构成木桶那块最长的本板,而取决于最短的那块木板。要使木桶装更多的水,就要设法改变这块短木板的现状,一味扬长无济于木桶容量的增加。 “木桶理论”是现代管理科学中的一个新概念,它要求管理者,必须时时注意管理系统中的“短板”。一个企业有它的长处和短处,优势和劣势,作为一个管理者,在积极发挥优势的同时,必须千方百计改进它的劣势,变劣势为优势,改短处为长处。
