由于长期以来受城乡二元结构的影响,农村教育发展严重滞后,问题颇多。特别是在学校综合实力、管理方法、师资力量、教学质量等方面,农村学校与城区学校有较大差距,这一现状严重制约了教育的均衡发展。为解决这一难题,可以采取“城区学校+乡村学校”结对帮扶的模式,开展跨校的研修,打造教师专业学习共同体,实现资源共享、共同发展。于此,我校成立了“城乡小学结对帮 Due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas for a long time, the development of rural education is seriously lagging behind with a lot of problems.
