针对铁素体不锈钢焊接接头晶粒粗大的特征,采用钨极氩弧焊随焊冷却方法对443铁素体不锈钢进行焊接,分析其焊接接头组织性能,并与自然冷却条件下焊接接头的组织性能进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用随焊冷却的方法细化了焊接接头热影响区的晶粒,提高了焊接接头力学性能,特别是冲击性能得到较大提高。晶间腐蚀试验表明443不锈钢焊接接头有良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能;探讨了随焊冷却方法改善焊接接头组织性能的影响因素和机理。
In view of the coarse grain of ferritic stainless steel welded joints, the welding of 443 ferritic stainless steel was carried out by means of TIG welding and welding cooling method. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were analyzed and compared with that of natural joints Made a contrast. The results show that the grain size of the heat-affected zone of the welded joint is refined by the method of welding cooling, and the mechanical properties of the welded joint are improved, especially the impact performance is greatly improved. The intergranular corrosion test shows that the 443 stainless steel welded joints have good intergranular corrosion resistance. The factors and mechanisms that improve the microstructure and properties of welded joints with the cooling method are discussed.
