在建筑结构施工中,常常会遇到不同直径的钢筋对焊,施工单位因为怕不能保证对焊质量,所以,一般都是以大代小,因而浪费了部分材料。为此,我们对不同直径的钢筋,进行了闪光对焊试验,经过反复试验证明,大直径的钢筋可以和小直径的钢筋进行对焊,质量合格。通过在一些构件上使用,也完全证明符合质量要求。现例举φ 32与φ16钢筋对焊,操作程序如下:
In the construction of a building structure, it often happens that steel bars of different diameters are butt-welded. Because the construction unit is afraid of not guaranteeing the quality of the welding, it is generally smaller and smaller, thus wasting some materials. To this end, we conducted flash butt welding tests on steel bars of different diameters. After repeated tests, it was proved that large-diameter steel bars can be butt-welded with small-diameter bars and the quality is satisfactory. By using on some components, it also fully proves that it meets quality requirements. φ 32 and φ 16 rebars are now welded and the operating procedure is as follows:
