目的研究中药复方提取物脑必通对病理性疼痛的镇痛作用。方法用成年大鼠,采用佐剂性关节炎和部分结扎坐骨神经诱发的神经病理性疼痛两种模型,用机械压爪缩腿法测定痛阈,观察大鼠的痛阈变化和体质量的改变,并测量炎症关节的周长。结果脑必通大、中、小3个剂量(350、175和87.5mg/kg)在给药后的观察期(10周)内可使痛阈明显提高(P<0.05),有镇痛作用,但与剂量大小和用药时间长短无明显依赖性(P>0.05)。给药组体质量增加比对照组快(P<0.05)。关节炎动物给药后炎症关节周长的改变与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑必通对病理性疼痛有一定的镇痛作用。
Objective To study the analgesic effect of NaoBitong, a traditional Chinese medicine compound extract, on pathological pain. Methods Adult rats were treated with adjuvant arthritis and partial neuropathic pain induced by sciatic nerve. Two models of neuropathic pain were established. The pain threshold was measured by mechanical compression claw reduction and the changes of pain threshold and body mass were observed. Measure the perimeter of the inflamed joint. Results Big, middle, and small doses (350,175 and 87.5 mg / kg) of Brachysperidon significantly increased pain threshold (P <0.05) within the observation period (10 weeks) after administration, with analgesic effect , But no significant dependence on dose size and duration of medication (P> 0.05). The body weight of the administration group increased faster than that of the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in inflammatory joint circumference changes after arthritis animals administration (P> 0.05). Conclusion Nobility has a certain analgesic effect on pathological pain.
