过去,冲压成形用冷轧钢板的退火一直采用分批式退火方式。退火时间长,自动化困难,难以制造加工用的高强度纲板。另外,连续退火方式也不能用于生产冲压成形用冷轧钢板。其主要原因是钢中碳化物在退火时溶入基体中,成为固溶碳,而这种固溶碳因连续退火的冷却速度快,故在冷却过程中不能充分析出,在使用钢板时会引起时效恶化。
