实践“三个代表”是中国共产党在新的历史条件下全面加强党的建设的伟大纲领,努力促进人的全面发展是建设社会主义新社会的本质要求。二者互为前提,具有良性的互动作用,以“三个代表”为指导努力促进人的全面发展,必须坚持实施可持续发展战略,深化改革,扩大人在政治、经济、文化生活健康成长的发展空间;必须努力创造一个学习的社会;必须进一步健全激励机制。 Practicing “Three Represents” is a great program for the CPC to comprehensively strengthen party building under the new historical conditions. Efforts to promote all-round development of people are the essential requirements for building a new socialist society. They must play a positive role in interaction with each other and work hard to promote people’s all-round development guided by the “three represents.” We must persist in implementing the strategy of sustainable development, deepen the reform and expand the healthy growth of people in politics, economy and culture. Develop space; must strive to create a learning society; must further improve the incentive mechanism.
