本实验以雌三醇作为辐射预防药,予家兔肌注1mp/kg 48小时后,进行~(60)Co-γ射线照射300rad。结果显示雌三醇预防组淋巴细胞微核率明显低于对照组(p<0.01)。雌激素可减少电离辐射诱发淋巴细胞微核发生率是与其减轻电离辐射所引起的染色体损伤有关,雌激素可预防电离辐射对DNA分子损伤或可促进已损伤的DNA分子的修复,致使细胞增强对电离辐射抵抗力。由此可见,雌激素对辐射损伤具有良好的防护效果。
In this experiment, estriol was used as a radioprotective agent, and rabbits were intramuscularly injected at 1 mp/kg for 48 hours and then irradiated with ~(60)Co-γ radiation for 300 rad.
