目的:研究L—PGDS的mRNA及蛋白在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况。方法:用半定量RT—PCR方法和Western blot检测L—PGDS在脑胶质瘤组织和脑脊液的表达水平。结果:半定量RT—PCR结果,经统计学分析,L—PGDS的mRNA在正常组织中的表达水平为1.43±0.61,而在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达水平为1.07±0.27,两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。蛋白定量发现,脑脊液中L—PGDS在脑胶质瘤中减少。结论:发现L—PGDS的mRNA及蛋白在脑胶质瘤表达水平下降,这可能对脑胶质瘤的诊断、治疗有潜在的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the expression of L-PGDS mRNA and protein in gliomas. Methods: The expression of L-PGDS in glioma tissue and cerebrospinal fluid was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot. Results: According to the results of semi-quantitative RT-PCR, the expression level of L-PGDS mRNA in normal tissue was 1.43 ± 0.61, while it was 1.07 ± 0.27 in glioma tissue , The difference was significant (P <0.05). Protein quantitation revealed a decrease in L-PGDS in cerebrospinal fluid in gliomas. Conclusion: It is found that the expression of L-PGDS mRNA and protein in glioma decreased, which may have potential value in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
