采用微乳液方法同时进行活性组分及助剂负载,制备得到钯银双金属催化剂;通过SEM、XRD、CO化学吸附、HRTEM、原位红外等分析手段对催化剂进行表征;采用碳二前加氢工艺对催化剂反应性能进行评价。结果表明:制备得到的Pd-Ag/α-Al_2O_3催化剂的载体孔道丰富,孔结构较为规整;活性组分钯、助剂银形成纳米合金,分散性好,粒径分布较为均一;催化剂表面酸性较低;催化剂具有优异的活性、选择性和抗结焦性能,各项性能指标均优于工业装置考核指标要求,具有良好工业应用前景。
The catalysts were characterized by SEM, XRD, CO chemisorption, HRTEM and in-situ infrared analysis.
