目的:本研究旨在探讨缺血性脑血管病患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达,从而初步探讨脑梗塞的发病机制,为临床有效防治该病提供新的依据。方法:所有脑梗塞患者为本院2002年10月~2003年12月住院及门诊患者,用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定血清中MMP-9的浓度。结果:缺血性脑血管病患者血清中的MMP-9的浓度明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。其中,大面积脑梗塞患者的血清中MMP-9浓度最高,TIA组患者血清MMP-9的浓度最低。且MMP-9与SBP,DBP呈显著正相关。结论:本研究表明缺血性脑血管病患者中MMP-9的质量浓度明显增高且随着梗塞面积的扩大而增高。这表明MMP-9在脑梗塞的形成中起着重要作用,并且协同血压对脑梗塞的形成起作用。
OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the serum of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and to explore the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction so as to provide a new basis for effective prevention and treatment of this disease. Methods: All patients with cerebral infarction were hospitalized and outpatient from October 2002 to December 2003 in our hospital. The concentration of MMP-9 in serum was determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results: Serum levels of MMP-9 in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). Among them, serum MMP-9 was the highest in patients with large area cerebral infarction and serum MMP-9 was the lowest in TIA group. There was a significant positive correlation between MMP-9 and SBP and DBP. CONCLUSIONS: This study shows that the concentration of MMP-9 in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease is significantly higher and increases with infarct size. This indicates that MMP-9 plays an important role in the formation of cerebral infarction and that synergistic blood pressure contributes to the formation of cerebral infarction.
