俗话说:“人到中年万事忙。”民进七大代表、云南教育学院林兆其副教授就是这样一位万事忙的中年知识分子。虽然林老师与笔者只是忙里偷闲的匆匆一谈,但给笔者留下了深刻的印象。他显得开朗风趣、精力充沛,憨厚之态掩不住学者的睿智。为追回逝去的青春,更好地献身于教育事业,林兆其老师不能不忙。他1964年毕业于昆明师院教育系,在那个不幸的岁月里,教育园地一片荒芜,教师被打成牛鬼蛇神,他虽有满腔报国热情也只好放弃专业,而下农村,进工厂,接受“再教育”。粉碎“四大帮”给他带来了希望的春天,1977年起,他终于重返自己所热爱的教育岗位,1984年调到教育学院后,他更是如鱼得水,忙得更欢
