表象训练,便是在教学过程中,充分发挥学生的主观能动性。不仅让学生参与到教学过程中来,而且要让学生发挥自身的形象思维将教师所呈现的动作记录下来,通过记忆和训练的相互作用将动作完整呈现的训练方式。而在当前多元化的教学方法情景下,尤其是“表象训练”在体育教学中的应用,无疑给高职院校体育教学带来新的思路,并提高了体育教学的效率。
