目的观察宫血宁胶囊治疗流产后阴道出血的临床疗效。方法选择2007年8月至2009年8月就诊本院妇科门诊并确诊的宫内早孕病例280例,随机分为两组。研究组:140例均服用宫血宁胶囊,2粒/次,2次/d,直至血止,同时肌内注射缩宫素,10U/次,2次/d,3d为一疗程,据阴道出血情况可以使用两个疗程。对照组:140例均只采用肌内注射缩宫素,10U/次,2次/d,3d为一疗程。两组于14d后进行疗效比较。结果研究组总有效率97.86,对照组总有效率83.93,两组相比较临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫血宁胶囊是治疗流产后阴道出血的理想中成药。宫血宁配合缩宫素治疗流产后出血较单一使用缩宫素治疗方法效果好,具有广阔的应用前景,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gongxuening Capsule in treating vaginal bleeding after abortion. Methods A total of 280 cases of intrauterine pregnancy diagnosed in our hospital from August 2007 to August 2009 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Study group: 140 cases were taking Gongxuening capsule, 2 capsules / time, 2 times / d, until the blood only, and intramuscular injection of oxytocin, 10U / time, 2 times / d, 3d for a course of treatment, according to the vagina Bleeding can be used for two courses. Control group: 140 cases were only used intramuscular oxytocin, 10U / time, 2 times / d, 3d for a course of treatment. The two groups were compared after 14d. Results The total effective rate was 97.86 in the study group and 83.93 in the control group. There was significant difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Gongxuening capsule is the ideal medicine for treating vaginal bleeding after abortion. Gongxuening with oxytocin treatment of abortion after bleeding than single use of oxytocin treatment effect is good, has broad application prospects, it is worth further clinical use.
