前言 我市混合班幼儿占全市幼儿数的60%,由于年龄的悬殊较大,因此带来的经验差异、能力差异、个性差异等十分明显。如何使这些孩子在同一个时间内获得各自的发展,这就需要教师对每个幼儿的发展情况有比较清楚的了解,更需要教师为每个幼儿的发展需要创设适宜的环境,提供充足的活动材料,让幼儿与周围环境交互作用。为此,我市于1990年9月开展了“混合班合作游戏”的课题实验,以“自制玩具”和“综合性主题活动”为基本桥梁,促进幼儿身心和谐发展。
