2015年12月11日到12日,王斯德、李月琴、任鹏杰、杨莲霞、王继平五位主编联合召开中国历史教育期刊联席会首次专题研讨会,就《历史教学》、《历史教学问题》、《中学历史教学参考》、《中学历史教学》四大期刊合作建立联席会、全力推进中国历史教育、教学,达成一致意见:中国历史教育期刊联席会是学术期刊的民间自由联合体;四刊联席会遵循马克思主义的基本原则,坚持正确的办刊导向,坚定“真善美”价值信念;进一步加强期刊建设
