采用混合授粉方法对杂交当代种子不同灌浆时期及未完熟离体果穗籽粒粒重进行了测定分析,并对杂交籽粒和自交籽粒黑层形成时间进行了比较。结果表明,杂交当代籽粒增重的现象在授粉的早些时候就已产生,且这种粒重优势保持到灌浆全过程,杂交籽粒与自交籽粒相比,在物质的转化、利用和贮存方面具有更强的能力,杂交籽粒粒重的增加,在很大程度上要归因于杂交籽粒生理成熟时间的延后。
The hybrid grain pollination method was used to determine the seed weight of hybrid contemporary seeds at different filling stages and in vitro ripening ears, and the formation time of hybrid seed and self-seed black layer was compared. The results showed that the phenomenon of grain weight gain in the hybrid was produced earlier in pollination, and the advantage of grain weight was maintained in the whole process of grain filling. Compared with the self-transplanted grain, the hybrid grain was better in terms of material conversion, utilization and storage With more capacity, the increase in grain weight of hybrids is largely due to the delay in the physiological maturation of the hybrids.
