经调查,目前在基层党员教育过程中存在的问题是:党员去向掌握难,活动开展难,管理落实难,党费收缴难,作用发挥难。还存在权力错位问题,理想信念淡化问题,民营企业中党员的教育问题。针对这些问题,应该理论联系实际,增强教育的针对性;根据不同对象,增强教育的灵活性;分层次、多样化,讲求教育的实效性。另外还要注意加强对社区、企业、农村和流动党员等特殊领域里党员的管理和教育。 After investigation, the current problems in the grass-roots party members’ education are as follows: Party members have difficulty in going to the destination, difficulties in carrying out activities, difficulties in implementing management, difficulties in collecting party dues, and difficulties in playing their role. There are also problems of power dislocation, the desalination of ideal and faith, and the education of party members in private enterprises. In response to these problems, we should integrate theory with practice and enhance the pertinence of education. We should enhance the flexibility of education according to different objects. We should also emphasize the effectiveness of education at different levels and in different ways. In addition, attention should also be paid to strengthening the management and education of party members in special fields such as communities, enterprises, rural areas and mobile party members.
