目的了解新疆乡级免疫规划人力资源及预防接种服务现状与存在问题,并对存在的问题提出建议。方法采用网络问卷调查的方法,通过对107名乡级预防接种人员的学历、待遇、培训、工作态度以及预防接种服务形式等情况进行调查,分析乡级预防接种人员基本情况。结果基层免疫规划工作配置专职人员少(11.21%),中专学历(30.84%)和初级职称及以下人员(61.68%)在基层构成比重比较大,专业水平不高;接种人员对预防接种理论知识掌握不全面(33.65%),对上级业务培训满意度仅为54.21%,现有的培训与基层接种人员需求仍有脱节之处,预防接种人员对预防接种工作消极或无信心(60.75%)。结论在严格人员准入的同时逐步解决和提高工作待遇和工作条件,加强业务培训,提供合适的继续教育机会,逐步改善现况,提高预防接种人员的工作积极性。
Objective To understand the present situation and existing problems of human resources and vaccination services in township level immunization programs in Xinjiang and provide suggestions on the existing problems. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the qualifications, treatment, training, working attitude and preventive inoculation services of 107 township vaccination personnel. The basic situation of township vaccination personnel was analyzed. Results The number of full-time immunization planning staff at the grassroots level was less (11.21%), secondary education (30.84%) and junior professional titles and below (61.68%) were more common in the grassroots and the professional level was not high. Incomplete mastery (33.65%), only 54.21% satisfaction with superior business training. There is still a gap between existing training and needs of primary vaccinators, and vaccination personnel have negative or no confidence in vaccination work (60.75%). Conclusion While strictly admitting staff, we gradually resolve and improve working conditions and working conditions, strengthen business training, provide appropriate continuing education opportunities, gradually improve the status quo and increase the enthusiasm of vaccination staff.
