(二)填充 F_4的力学性能试验研究F_4的低摩擦特性使其成为桥梁支座的良好的滑板材料。但 F_4的耐磨耗性能较差,因此在实际使用上,人们基于 F_4粉末冶金加工法的特点,利用 F_4粉料易于和填充料混合的优越性,研究开发了填充 F_4以适应于不同用途及使用条件。常用的填充剂有:玻璃纤维、石墨、二硫化钼等无机材料,青铜、铅等金属材料;聚酰亚胺、聚苯等有机材料。掺入适当的填充料可使 F_4的性能明显改

Commonly used fillers are: glass fiber, graphite, molybdenum disulfide and other inorganic materials, bronze, lead and other metal materials; polyimide, polystyrene and other organic materials. Incorporation of appropriate filler F4 can make significant changes in performance
