对卫星AIT过程静电的产生与危害进行了分析,研究了AIT过程静电防护的工艺措施和不足,对现行机械损伤风险防护手段带来的静电危害进行了分析,提出了AIT过程静电防护的建议,为卫星AIT过程的静电防护与安全提供借鉴。
The static electricity generation and harm of AIT process are analyzed. The technical measures and deficiencies of static electricity protection in AIT process are studied. The static electricity hazards caused by current mechanical damage risk protection are analyzed. The suggestions of static electricity protection in AIT process are put forward. Provide reference for ESD protection and safety of satellite AIT process.
