出血性脑梗死(Hemorrhagic Infarction,HI)是指脑梗死供血区内动脉血液漏出继发性脑出血.目前溶栓疗法成了急性脑梗死治疗的一个热点,一些大型的临床随机对照试验证明溶栓疗法可以降低急性脑梗死患者死亡率和减少后遗症,但是此法会增加包括出血性脑梗死在内的颅内出血的机会[1].因此,了解HI的发生率和相关因素至关重要,可为今后安全有效地应用溶栓疗法提供相关资料,也为更好地选择适合溶栓的患者提供依据.
