本文测定30例冠心病人和130例健康人的血浆性激素水平、血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及其亚组分。结果显示:男性冠心病组雌二醇水平明显高于健康人组,女性冠心病组性激素水平无明显变化。冠心病组高密度脂蛋白水平明显低于健康人组,主要为高密度脂蛋白亚组分2胆固醇下降所致。血清总胆固醇无明显改变.
In this paper, plasma levels of sex hormones, serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and its subcomponents were determined in 30 patients with coronary heart disease and 130 healthy subjects. The results showed that the level of estradiol in CHD patients was significantly higher than that in healthy people, and there was no significant change in sex hormone levels in CHD patients. The level of HDL in CHD group was significantly lower than that in healthy people, mainly due to the decrease of high-density lipoprotein subunit 2 cholesterol. Serum total cholesterol no significant change.
