校长的专业,不同于教师,它更强调校长的社会责任感和社会服务精神。作为一个好校长,一定要有校长的专业情怀,表现在他对教育意义充分理解的基础上,把校长当成一种专业、事业、乃至生命去做。具体从三个方面阐述,勇者无畏:校长要有专业自信;仁者爱人:校长要有专业气度;智者无惑:校长要有专业愿景。
Principals of professional, different from teachers, it emphasizes the principals social responsibility and social service. As a good principal, we must have the principal’s professional feelings, manifested in his full understanding of the meaning of education, based on the principal as a professional, career, and even life to do. Specifically from three aspects described brave fearless: the principal should have professional self-confidence; benevolent love: the principal must have professionalism; wise no confusion: the principal should have a professional vision.
