在工程项目管理中,施工企业若想在市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须加强施工项目管理;直接成本控制是项目管理中核心的环节,并占据了重要地位。本文就园林工程施工阶段直接成本中的人工成本、机械成本、材料成本进行深入分析,并结合实际工程实例,就直接成本的管控措施提出:1合理调配人力资源,避免人工费的浪费;2制定合理的材料进场计划,如遇突发情况及时调整,避免造成材料的二次加工及搬运导致材料成本增加;3合理使用机械设备,避免大材小用的情况出现等建议。
In construction project management, if construction enterprises want to be invincible in market competition, construction project management must be strengthened; direct cost control is the core link in project management and occupies an important position. In this paper, the direct cost of construction in the garden stage of the labor costs, mechanical costs, material costs in-depth analysis, combined with the actual project examples on direct cost control measures proposed: a reasonable deployment of human resources to avoid the waste of labor costs; Reasonable material access plan, in case of unexpected adjustment in a timely manner to avoid secondary processing and handling of materials lead to increased material costs; 3 rational use of machinery and equipment, to avoid over-expression of such conditions.
