目前我国的经济正在飞速发展,市场经济也在不断变革。在这种时代背景下,企业要想站稳脚跟,就必须进行管理创新。企业管理的创新不仅是企业生存的保障,也是企业未来的发展趋势。企业管理的创新有利于保持企业活力,推动企业的经济发展。企业管理创新不是一朝一夕就能完成的任务,需要企业多个方面进行改革。企业管理思维重点研究的方向就是如何运用创新理论来提高企业的管理创新。文章分析了企业进行管理创新的意义和存在的部分问题,也探究了如何有效进行管理创新的措施。
At present, the economy of our country is developing rapidly and the market economy is constantly changing. In this era of background, companies want to gain a firm foothold, we must manage innovation. The innovation of enterprise management is not only the guarantee of enterprise’s survival, but also the future development trend of the enterprise. The innovation of enterprise management is conducive to maintaining the vitality of enterprises and promoting the economic development of enterprises. Enterprise management innovation is not a one-night mission that can be completed, requiring many aspects of enterprise reform. The key research direction of business management thinking is how to use innovative theory to improve the management innovation of enterprises.
