在中国排球协会命名的全国排球传统学校的候选名单中,内蒙古自治区的包头一中跃入眼帘。其实包头一中早已拥有一支饶有名气的中学女子排球队,他们获得的大大小小的冠军杯已摆满了体育教员室。记得去年第八届全国中学生运运会时,就是包头一中女排,击败了曾五次获得世界中学生排球冠军,两次获得全国中学生运动会女排赛冠军的江苏队,一举夺得金光闪闪的冠军杯,为内蒙古自治区赢得了荣誉。喜讯传来,当地人们无不欢欣鼓舞,奔走相告。
