本文报告用批质量保证抽样方法对唐山市所辖１５个县３０个乡１５０个村，４岁以下儿童３４８０人两次四轮口服脊灰疫苗强化免疫覆盖率进行了监测。在１９９２年１１－１２月的强化免疫活动中，各年龄组平均覆盖率为９２．２％－９２．７％，各年龄组平均覆盖率达８５％以上的乡占６４．４％；在１９９３年１２月到１９９４丰１月的强化免疫活动中，各年龄组平均覆盖率为９９．３％－９９．４％，各年龄组平均覆盖率达８５％以上的乡占９５％以上。
In this paper, four rounds of oral poliovirus vaccine immunization coverage were monitored with the batch quality assurance sampling method in 150 villages of 30 townships under 15 jurisdictions under the jurisdiction of Tangshan City and 3,480 children under 4 years of age. In the period from November to December 1992, the average coverage rate was 92.2% -92.7% in all age groups and 64.4% in villages with an average coverage rate of over 85% for each age group. In 1993 In the intensive immunization activities from December to 1994 in January and January of 1994, the average coverage of all age groups was 99.3% -99.4%, and that of villages with an average coverage of 85% or more in all age groups accounted for more than 95%.
