根据汽车工业发展的意义和方向,阐述了汽车电动化的必然性和纯电动MPV(Muti-purpose Vehicle)的必要性。依据中国当前工业制造业的实际情况,选取搭载两挡变速器的MPV传动系统作为研究对象;依次开展了传动系统参数匹配仿真、系统关键重要件选型、样车试制及调试和实验研究等相关工作。实验结果表明,基于仿真匹配选取的传动系统关重件可以很好满足项目前提出的参数指标要求。
According to the significance and direction of the development of automotive industry, the necessity of motorization and the necessity of pure electric MPV (Muti-purpose Vehicle) are expounded. According to the actual situation of China’s current industrial manufacturing industry, the MPV transmission system with two-speed transmission is selected as the research object. In turn, the related work of the drive system parameter matching simulation, the key system selection, sample preparation and commissioning and experimental research are carried out . The experimental results show that the key components of transmission system based on simulation matching can meet the requirements of parameter index proposed before the project.
