GH696合金是一种时效硬化型铁基高温合金。其特点是强度高(γ′强化)、高温弹性好,700℃以下具有良好的组织稳定性。该合金的应用较广,在航空方面,可以用于400~700℃温度范围工作的涡轮盘、压气机盘、环形件、紧固件和弹簧件。在医疗器械和仪器方面,作为弹簧元件亦有重要应用。本文研究了主要合金化元素C、Ti和Mo的含量对合金力学性能和显微组织的影响;合金的主要性能及合适的冷加工变形量和时效制度。
GH696 alloy is a hardening type iron-based superalloy. It is characterized by high strength (γ ’enhanced), high temperature flexibility, good stability below 700 ℃. The alloy is widely used in aviation, the turbine can be used for the temperature range of 400 ~ 700 ℃, the compressor disk, ring, fasteners and spring parts. In medical devices and instruments, there are also important applications as spring elements. In this paper, the main alloying elements C, Ti and Mo content on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy; the main properties of the alloy and the appropriate amount of cold deformation and aging system.
