本文认为,劳资分配困局的主因在于劳动三权的贫困与相关机制的残缺,对劳动三权进行机制替代已被证伪。确立劳动之权是缓解冲突、化解社会矛盾特别是分配不均等社会问题的核心机制,应当通过健全立法和加强制度供给、做强行业工会并集约化运作、引入竞争性激励等办法实现创新,排解困局。
This paper argues that the predicament of the distribution of labor and capital mainly lies in the poverty of the labor three rights and the incompleteness of the relevant mechanisms, and the replacement of the labor three rights has been falsified.
