近日观佛山博物馆藏一卷《洪穉存先生夏令食单》,书体奔放率意,后有民国时期南社及广东籍文人数段题跋印章,殊为可观。从书法艺术的角度观之,为百花争妍;以题材论,美食本身就是一门附庸风雅的艺术,如袁枚之《随园食单》,自面世后一直为文人墨客所传诵乐道;立足于文献价值来讲,此食单为南社文人蔡守所得并视为珍宝,并请众文友题词作跋,记录了书画界一段风雅往事。
