在分析CAT966E型轮式装载机辅助转向系统工作原理的基础上,建立了该转向系统的数学模型,并进行仿真分析和试验考证。结果表明,在正常工况下,发动机转速及外负载的变化对转向系统的流量影响不大,即辅助转向系统可使转向系统获得较稳定的流量,具有优良的转向性能。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of CAT966E Wheel Loader Auxiliary Steering System, the mathematical model of the steering system is established, and the simulation analysis and experimental verification are carried out. The results show that under normal operating conditions, the change of engine speed and external load has little effect on the flow of the steering system. That is, the auxiliary steering system can make the steering system obtain more stable flow and have excellent steering performance.
