目的探讨高效液相色谱法测定密胺餐具水性模拟液中三聚氰胺迁移量的方法,为监测密胺餐具三聚氰胺迁移情况提供技术手段。方法由集贸市场、超市等采集的密胺餐具样品经4%的乙酸水性模拟液提取2 h后,以离子对试剂缓冲溶液(10 mmol/L辛烷磺酸钠-10 mmol/L柠檬酸溶液)与乙腈(85∶15,V/V)作为流动相,C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,用二极管阵列检测器在236.0 nm波长处检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果密胺餐具水性模拟液中的三聚氰胺浓度范围为0.25 mg/L~10.00 mg/L时,线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),检出限为0.05 mg/L,其加标回收率为93.9%~99.8%,重复测定的RSD≤1.0%。结论该方法快速、简单、准确,适用于密胺餐具水性模拟液中三聚氰胺迁移量的测定,可用于大量监测密胺餐具中三聚氰胺迁移量的检测工作。
Objective To explore a method for the determination of melamine in aqueous simulated liquid of melamine tableware by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and to provide technical means for monitoring melamine transport in melamine tableware. Methods Melamine tableware samples collected from bazaars and supermarkets were extracted with 4% acetic acid aqueous simulant solution for 2 h. The buffer solution (10 mmol / L sodium octane sulfonate -10 mmol / L citric acid Solution) was separated on a C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile (85:15, V / V) and detected with a diode array detector at a wavelength of 236.0 nm. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified . Results When the concentration of melamine in aqueous simulated liquid of melamine tableware ranged from 0.25 mg / L to 10.00 mg / L, the linearity was good (r = 0.999 8). The detection limit was 0.05 mg / L and the recovery was 93.9 % ~ 99.8%, RSD of repeated determination≤1.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and accurate and is suitable for the determination of melamine in aqueous simulated liquid of melamine tableware. It can be used for the detection of melamine in melamine tableware in large quantities.
