反思是人生活中的一部分,是人在成长过程中提高自我的一个阶 梯。教师在实施教育教学过程中,以教学目的的制定、教学内容和方法的选 择、教学过程的安排、学生学习方法的指导、学生学习能力的培养和学生学习 效果为对象,进行主动探究,寻找和解决存在的问题,从而形成良好的反思习 惯和反思能力,调动“教”“学”自主性和主动性,提高教学实效。
Reflection is a part of people’s life and it is a ladder for people to improve themselves in the process of growing up. In the process of implementing education and teaching, teachers shall take the initiative to explore, look for, and determine the purpose of teaching, the selection of teaching contents and methods, the arrangement of teaching process, the guidance of students’ learning methods, the cultivation of students’ learning abilities, and the effects of student learning. Solve the existing problems, so as to form a good reflective habits and self-reflection, mobilize the “teaching” “learning” autonomy and initiative to improve teaching effectiveness.
