财政部举办的会计准则国际研讨会,于1992年2月26—28日在广东省深圳市召开。近百名中外会计专家、会计理论和会计实务工作者参加了研讨会。财政部副部长张佑才、中国注册会计师协会会长杨纪琬同志到会并致词。会议分别由财政部会计事务管理司司长张德明、副司长张汉兴、余秉坚同志主持。新华社、中国财经报、深圳特区报和电视台等数家新闻单位对大会作了专门报道。张佑才副部长在致词中指出,这次研讨会是在我国已经开始起草企业会计准则的情况下举办的。这次研讨会的目的,是要通过与国际会计界的交流,加强我国与国际会计准则委员会的相互联系和了解,加快我国制定会计准则的进程,促进我国的会计改革。召开这次研讨
The International Symposium on Accounting Standards organized by the Ministry of Finance was held on February 26-28, 1992 in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. Nearly a hundred Chinese and foreign accounting experts, accounting theory and accounting practitioners attended the seminar. Zhang Youcai, Vice Minister of Finance, Comrade Yang Jizhi, president of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Deming, director of the accounting affairs management department of the Ministry of Finance, and Zhang Hanxing, deputy director of the accounting department, comrade Yu Bingjian. Xinhua News Agency, China Financial News, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily and television stations and other news units made a special report to the General Assembly. In his speech, Vice Minister Zhang Youcai pointed out that the seminar was organized under the circumstances that our country has started to draft the enterprise accounting standards. The purpose of this seminar is to enhance exchanges and understanding between China and the International Accounting Standards Board through exchanges with the international accounting profession so as to speed up the process of formulating accounting standards in our country and promote our country’s accounting reform.
