业已研制出交流阻抗测量用的基本测试设备,频率范围为10KHz~5Hz,可转换的阻抗量程可达10ΩM。原型测试仪与商用转移函数分析仪有所不同,因为这种测试仪是专为腐蚀研究设计的,在腐蚀电池上施以一个仅达10mV的峯-峯正弦波。该设备具有高达±500mV的电池电位自动补偿,藉此限制了在测试过程中腐蚀电极极化作用。使用相当于腐蚀电池的阻容网络法对该测试仪之精确度进行了评价。正在对本测试没备用于预测水下结构用漆的可能性进行释定。到目前为止,已经对铬酸底漆,加颜料的酚醛树脂漆和煤焦沥青环氧漆进行了实验室试验。激励人心的结果表明,可以研究出一种适用于某些用途的较简便的专用测试设备。
Has developed the basic impedance measurement AC test equipment, the frequency range of 10KHz ~ 5Hz, the impedance range can be converted up to 10ΩM. The prototype tester differs from the commercial transfer function analyzer in that the tester is designed for corrosion research and imposes a peak-to-peak sine wave of only 10 mV on the corrosive cell. The device automatically compensates for battery potentials up to ± 500mV, thereby limiting electrode polarization corrosion during the test. The accuracy of this tester was evaluated using the RCA method equivalent to etching the cell. The test is not ready for the prediction of the possibility of underwater structural paint. To date, laboratory tests have been conducted on chromic acid primer, pigmented phenolic resin paint and coal tar pitch epoxy paint. Inspiring results show that it is possible to develop a simpler, dedicated test equipment that is suitable for some uses.
